Privacy Policy

The QuickBooks Sync is an internal tool operated by Angelina Bakery ("we") for our own business. It is not offered to other companies.

What it accesses

When one of our staff connects one of our QuickBooks Online companies, the tool receives access to that company's accounting data (customers, products and services, invoices, credit memos and payments) through Intuit's API, and an access token issued by Intuit.

How it is used

Only to keep our order system and our own books in step: creating and updating invoices in QuickBooks and reading back payments. We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics.

Storage and security

Tokens and synced records are stored on a server we control, accessible only to our administrators, and transmitted only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Disconnecting

An administrator can disconnect at any time from the status page or from inside QuickBooks (Settings → Apps). Tokens are then deleted; synced invoices stay in QuickBooks.
